Heath concerns aside, we all still want to look good, so let's see what has to be done to get you looking hot in that bathing suit. First let's get rid on one myth right away. You cannot spot reduce only your belly area. Your body is not selective in from where fat is lost, you have to lose body fat from all over to lose fat from your belly. That's not a bad thing though, by losing fat from everywhere, you're going to look better overall, not just in your belly. Keep in mind that it's not just the fat you see on the outside, that fat all over your body is all around your body's organs too, making it more difficult for them to function properly. One of the most common comments that people say when they lose weight is that they can breathe easier. That is the direct result of losing fat from the chest area that was surrounding the lungs. Losing fat all over is healthy and that should be the goal.
