The body seems to have a StrictionBP Review preference as to where to put the fat and in some folks, it is the abdomen. In other individuals, it may be in the lower half of the body. Anything that reduces our weight and in particular out total body fat content, can significantly reduce our risk for type 2 diabetes. It may be that you do not have a lot of abdominal fat. Yet, you still could be overweight with the fat deposited elsewhere in the body. A high protein diet will help wherever the fat is deposited in excess! There are basically 5 areas that can immediately impact the fight towards reversing diabetes and reducing diabetic complications. First and foremost always drink plenty of water. Water will help to flush out your system and keep you fully hydrated Diet is extremely important when reversing diabetes. Eating the right foods will help to provide proper nutrition for the cells of the body and maintain the body's use of insulin. An increase in protein consumption is important. More protein in your diet will help with the repair of cell membranes, which could possibly aid the cells ability to begin to accept insulin. Always include vegetables with your diet. Vegetables will help to reverse diabetic symptoms by providing nutrients and a great deal of fiber.
