You are most likely overwhelmed by the myriad LumaSlim Review pieces of advice you've been given and ways you've heard about to lose weight, but it's important to take it slow and easy. Try one habit change at a time so as not to burn yourself out. I suggest keeping track of what you eat first. Forget trying to exercise and eat healthy and be perfect about diet. just record what you eat. figure out what your daily diet is actually like in terms of calories. Once you get a baseline you can start adjusting. There are apps out there who do all the work for you in terms of figuring out your daily calorie intake and what you should be eating to lose a healthy amount of weight. Eventually it will become second nature to record what you eat and stay within your calorie limit for the day. When that happens you can think about adding in some exercise or something to help. Slow and steady always wins the race.
